Meetings:
We meet on the first Wednesday of every month at 6 p.m. (usually at the Stone Brewing Company in Escondido). Meetings feature one focus topic in which a discussion is led by a member or guest speaker who presents information to the club based on research & experience. The focus topics include beer styles & tasting, beer ingredients, brewing techniques and other topic related to brewing beer.
